Donating 

We rely on the kindness and generosity of people donating to us, either monetary gifts or quality items that we can sell in store or set aside to be made available to those in need. It's all valuable to us and our community. 

We're always seeking small furniture, homeware, mirrors, clothes, accessories, books, DVDs, toys and games.

Please bare in mind that we can only accept items that are in clean, undamaged, saleable condition to ensure a deserving standard for those in need and to reduce the charity's waste costs.

Below is a detailed list of items that we can accept:
Small furniture:
Chests of drawers, bedside cupboards, storage units, shelves, small tables, small sofas, single wardrobes, chairs, stools and single beds*
Clothes: Any clean clothing, shoes, bags etc (including children's)
Homeware:Vases, mirrors, pictures, signs, ornaments, kitchenware, craft items, Antique and vintage items, Jewellery and watches.
Toys, puzzles, games, books & DVDs.
Small Electrical:Smart TVs & dvd players with remote, radios, cd players, record players, gaming consoles and controllers, laptops, tablets, mobile phones, handheld kitchen appliances, handheld tools, modern vacuum cleaners.(All electrical items must be in clean, working condition).
We cannot accept the following items due to legal, safety restrictions, weight, size and viability. 
Large or heavy sofas, large armchairs, double beds, electric beds, large wardrobes, large desks, display cabinets, pianos and unassembled items. Desktop computers, printers, monitors, microwave ovens or larger, including radiators, fridges, freezers, washing machines, hobs, gardening equipment or large tools. Child car seats, pushchairs, highchairs, cots/cot beds, safety helmets, videos, cassette tapes, magazines. 
Please bear in mind that we can only accept items that are in clean, undamaged, saleable condition to ensure a deserving standard for those in need and to reduce the charity's waste costs. (Due to lack of resources we also cannot accept items that need assembling.)
**Any upholstered furniture must have a suitable fire compliance label attached.**
